Commonwealth Financial Adds Three Firms, $375 Million Client Assets

Commonwealth Financial Network has added three independent financial services firms with over $375 million in combined client assets. 

Pegasus Capital Management, Trinity Planning Group and Stanziola Financial are located in Overland Park, KS, the firm said.

Pegasus Capital, which is led by Ray Evans and oversees more than $200 million in client assets, focuses on wealth management planning for high net worth clients.

Trinity Planning, led by Timothy DiSette and David Pacer, covers estate, business, investment and retirement planning for HNW business owners. It manages over $150 million in individual client and retirement plan assets.

Stanziola Financial, led by James Stanziola, concentrates on family-run businesses in the estate and business succession planning space. The firm oversees some $25 million in client assets.

Commonwealth Financial was founded in 1979. It has headquarters in Waltham, MA, and San Diego, CA.
