Geneos Wealth Management, a Denver, CO-based broker-dealer, has appointed its former senior vice president of recruiting and business development, Ryan Diachok, as its new president.

Russell Diachok, who served as the firm’s president and chief executive, will remain as CEO and stay involved in all strategic decisions while handing over the day-to-day operations of the firm to his successor.
Although stepping back from some in-office functions, Russell will spend more time meeting face-to-face with Geneos advisors at their home offices, the firm said.
Geneos provides financial and estate-planning services through a 285-strong independent network of registered representatives. The firm's advisors represent over $11 billion in client assets under management.
Geneos also offers wealth management products including mutual funds, investment advisory services, alternative investment options, fixed and variable annuities, and life insurance company products.
