Client Support Firm Capital Rock Completes Wealth Service Integration

US-based financial sales support systems firm CapitalRock said it has completed the integration of its RightBridge Sales Tool into Salesforce.com's Wealth Management Edition, to help identify real-time sales and services opportunities for financial advisors.

Salesforce is one of the world’s largest suppliers of client relationship management software and support services.

The RightBridge service analyses clients' positions, balances, holdings, transaction history and demographic information to help work out what is the most suitable sales opportunities for advisors to discuss with their clients. RightBridge also shows why each opportunity is relevant.
