Citi Private Bank Deepens Mid-Atlantic Footprint With DC Hire

Citi Private Bank has created a new role in the US capital, recruiting from JP Morgan to head up its ultra high net worth team there.
Citi Private Bank is ramping up its focus on the Mid-Atlantic region by hiring Rose Cohen as a managing director and ultra high net worth team leader in Washington, DC.
This is a new role at the firm, Citi confirmed to Family Wealth Report.
Cohen will join Citi in August and report to Paul Hubert, who heads up the private bank’s East Coast business.
She will lead a team of private bankers and product specialists in the DC office while also providing wealth and investment management services to ultra high net worth individuals and families throughout the region.
Cohen has over 25 years of commercial and private banking experience, having previously worked at JP Morgan Private Bank as a managing director and senior private banker in Washington, DC. Earlier in her career, she worked at GenSpring Family Offices, BB&T (formerly Franklin National Bank) and Bank of America.
Citi Private Bank has $374 billion in global assets under management.
The firm offers products and services covering capital markets, managed investments, portfolio management, trust and estate planning, investment finance, banking and aircraft finance, as well as art and sports advisory and finance.
