Chubb Enhances Online Solution To Help US Family Offices

The firm has enhanced its portal to improve the work load efficiency of family office managers in the US.
Chubb, the insurance group, has added features to its services for family offices in the US.
The firm said enhancements to its family office portal include new dashboard features; an improved search and navigation tool; an easier way to review details around claims, and improved data responses to queries from users.
The changes run alongside the portal's existing capabilities, such as uploading a claim document or photo; viewing claim history, policy documents or auto identification cards, and managing online billing and payments, Chubb said in a statement.
"Chubb's new family office portal provides our family office managers with a robust tool that helps them more efficiently run the day-to-day family office operations," said Kate Norris, vice president, family office practice leader. "Successful clients who rely on family office practices face complex insurance and risk management needs, and family office managers need quick and efficient access to their policies and risk management services. Our enhanced portal is a result of our ongoing efforts to create a better online experience for family office managers who do business with Chubb.
