Ziegler, the investment bank and brokerage firm, has hired Roland Leavell as a financial advisor, reporting through its Glen Allen, VA, branch office.

Leavell has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having previously served as president and chief executive of Rives, Leavell & Co (which ceased operations on May 15, 2014)

“I’ve worked with fixed income securities virtually my entire career, and specialize in church securities, which is one of Ziegler’s primary bond underwriting sectors,” Leavell said.

Ziegler said it is “actively executing on its growth strategy and is looking to add financial advisors.”

Headquartered in Chicago, IL, with regional and branch offices across the US, Ziegler specializes in bond financing, advisory, private placement, seed capital, M&A, risk and asset management.
