Noyes said previously it is focusing on expanding its wealth management business through recruiting and acquisitions.

Peter Cory has joined the Chicago, IL-headquartered wealth management firm Noyes as wealth advisor.

Cory will report directly to James Lynch, Noyes’s managing director of wealth management.

He founded Cory Investments and joins Noyes from J P Turner & Co, where he was a registered representative.

Cory began his career at Merrill Lynch in Chicago, IL, and then moved to Prudential as a branch manager.

Noyes has two subsidiaries - David A Noyes & Company and Noyes Advisors - and is headquartered in downtown Chicago, IL, with branches throughout the Midwest.
