Chautauqua Capital Management, an investment management firm in Boulder, CO, has appointed David Lubchenco as partner.

Lubchenco will be responsible for client development and service for the Chautauqua International Growth Equity strategy and the Chautauqua Global Growth Equity strategy. He reports to Brian Beitner, founder and managing partner.

Lubchenco previously worked at Scout Investments as head of sales and marketing, and has been in the industry for two decades.

In related news, last month the firm appointed Doug Rao to a new role of co-portfolio manager.
