Cetera Financial Group has launched a new marketing portal for its member broker-dealers and advisors called Connect2Clients.
The platform will allow advisors to develop and oversee communications with existing and prospective across digital channels, in a highly customized way.
Cetera expects to introduce the platform to each broker-dealer in its network over the next six months.
“In our experience, the most important thing an advisor can do to strengthen relationships with clients and prospective clients is to demonstrate a sincere and consistent interest in their lives through regular and personalized communication,” said Susan Theder, chief marketing officer of Cetera Financial Group.
Cetera is not alone in its endeavors to help advisors share meaningful and personalized content with clients and prospects. In a slightly different take on the matter, in October last year United Capital said it has seen an increase in “engagement versus traditional” online marketing efforts, highlighted by the fact that click-through rates of its “United Source” digital newsletters have almost doubled since partnering with Vestorly (more on that here.)
Meanwhile, in other recent developments at Cetera Financial Group, earlier this month it linked up with BOK Financial Corporation to build out its roster of trust and fiduciary services to support its advisors' clients with their multi-generational family planning needs (see here).
