Central Park Group, the alternative investment management firm that caters to high net worth individuals, has selected Brencourt Advisors to manage the Central Park Group Multi-Event Fund, a multi-strategy event-driven fund.

The fund is advised by Central Park Multi-Event Management, which is a joint venture between Central Park Advisors and Brencourt and invests in credit opportunities, merger arbitrage and equity special solutions. 

Brencourt was founded in 2001 by William Collins, a portfolio manager with over 20 years of financial services experience. Prior to founding the company, Collins was a senior managing director at ING Furman Selz Asset Management, where he managed some $1 billion in client assets.

Central Park Group Multi-Event Fund provides quarterly liquidy and has a $50,000 investment minimum.
