Capital G Goes Live With Spectrum

Bermuda’s Capital G Bank has opted for Spectrum Treasury System from Financial Software Systems.

Spectrum is a position management system for foreign exchange, money market an fixed income instruments, equities and derivatives, and Capital G will be using it to manage its FX trading, and activities in money market, repurchase agreements, and interest rate swap hedging. The implementation is also intended to help the bank expand its treasury offering through the provision of streamlined front- to back-office straight through processing.

Capital G Bank is a relative newcomer to Bermuda’s banking scene, having secured its banking licence in 2001. It has however been active in banking and lending in Bermuda for some 60 years.
