EP Wealth Advisors, a fee-based financial planning and investment management firm, has appointed Bennett Gross as an investment strategist.

Bennett joins EP Wealth from Pacific Wealth Advisors, where he was director of wealth management. He has 25 years of experience working with high net worth individuals within the Los Angeles area, starting his career at Morgan Stanley, the firm said. 

Bennett co-founded Windward Capital Management, where he also assumed the role of chief investment officer. He also recently chaired the investment policy committee for Financial Management Advisors.

EP Wealth Advisors, which was founded in 2005, is located in Torrance, CA, and has $1.1 billion in assets under management.
