Brinton Eaton, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm based in Madison, NJ, has appointed Michael Maglio as a principal and senior financial advisor.

Maglio, who joins the firm from the independent tax firm WTAS, will support Brinton’s efforts to provide financial and tax planning and investment advisory services to wealthy individuals and family offices. He will also join the New Jersey firm’s management committee. At WTAS, he was a managing director.

Earlier this year, Brinton Eaton appointed Rohith Eggidi as an investment analyst. Eggidi, who was previously an investment consultant at Brinton, will work on quantitative analysis and risk-modeling projects for the firm’s investment management clients.
