Borel Private Bank & Trust has appointed Lorene Najac as vice president and director of deposit management.

Najac most recently served as vice president and market support consultant at Wells Fargo. In her new role she will be based at the California bank's headquarters in San Mateo.

Borel Private Bank is a member of the Boston Private Wealth Management Group. As of 30 June 2010, it posted $1.63 billion in total assets.
