The firm for the ultra high net worth has named its former Philadelphia principal as a director.

Don Braun has been named as director of Bernstein’s private wealth office in Philadelphia, PA, where he was previously a principal.

Braun will lead the regional office, overseeing a team of advisors as well as helping to expand the firm’s footprint.

He joined the firm in 2005 and was appointed as a principal in 2010. Earlier, he served for ten years as vice president of a privately-held family business at Greater Media, where his responsibilities included strategic planning, budgeting, and analyzing cash-flow projections for companies targeted for acquisition.

Bernstein is an investment advisor to high net worth families and institutions, trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans.
