Bank of America Private Bank names Tenn.-Ark exec.

Bank names new executive for area that includes lucrative NW
Arkansas mkt.. The Private Bank of Bank of America has struck
again, this time naming a market executive for Tennessee and
Arkansas.
William Braddy III, formerly with Charlotte, N.C.-based First
Citizens Bank, is responsible for leading the private bank's
efforts to deliver comprehensive wealth-management services and
advice to wealthy individuals and families in a market covered by
offices in Nashville, Memphis and Chattanooga in Tennesee and in
Little Rock and Rogers in Arkansas. Rogers is the site or near
neighbor of the corporate headquarters of several big companies
including Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods and J.B. Hunt.
Broad background
Nashville-based Braddy will report to Private Bank of Bank of
America central region president John Brennan.
"William's extensive experience in providing broad wealth
management services and solutions will greatly benefit the
Tennessee-Arkansas market," says Brennan. "This should prove
enormously beneficial to our existing and prospective
high-net-worth clients, including individuals and families
connected with a wide-range of businesses and industries."
Braddy had been First Citizen's Charlotte-Mecklenburg, N.C., area
executive. That put him in charge of 27 branch offices as well as
the bank's commercial-banking, small-business and private-client
teams in the area.
Just last week the Private Bank of Bank of America made Bank of
America veteran Larry Bell head of its offices in Houston and
Galveston, Texas, as well as New Orleans.
The Private Bank of Bank of America is part of Bank of America
Global Wealth & Investment Management, one of Bank of America's
three primary divisions. It had 150 offices in the U.S. and about
$172 billion in assets under management at the end of 2006.
