Bank of America global wealth & investment management unit has appointed Thong Nguyen as head of its private advisory services group, which deals with BofA’s ultra-high net worth clients in the US.

Mr Nguyen, who will be based in Boston and will report to John Bahnken, president, global wealth & investment management products group, most recently led marketing for the overall division, which includes the company's asset management, brokerage, private bank and premier bank businesses.
