Baird, the US wealth manager, investment bank and private equity house, has added Doche Financial Consulting Group to its wealth management office in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

The three-person team comes from Wells Fargo and includes Lisa Ladds Doche, who will serve as a managing director and financial advisor. She will be supported by Ron Demers, PWM financial planner (AFA) and Maggie Loe, senior client specialist. 

The team oversees $225 million in assets under management. 

Doche brings 38 years of experience to Baird and holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Texas Tech University. She also attended the Renaissance Charitable Giving Institute in Indiana. 

Baird's Private Wealth Management business encompasses more than 1,300 financial advisors serving clients from over 160 locations in 33 states and has client assets of more than $215 billion.
