BNY Mellon's Expanding Atlanta Office Welcomes New Wealth Director

BNY Mellon has hired Avery Tucker as senior wealth director for business development at the Atlanta, GA, wealth management office.
BNY Mellon has brought in Avery Tucker - latterly of Wells Fargo - as senior wealth director for business development at the Atlanta, GA, wealth management office.
Tucker reports to BNY Mellon Wealth Management managing director, Helen Nugent.
Atlanta regional president Chris Hohlstein said the firm has hired about eight people in the Atlanta office in the past 18 months. Indeed, Tucker joins BNY Mellon Wealth Management as part of an ongoing effort to expand the firm’s sales teams as well as portfolio officers and private bankers in key wealth markets across the US. Previously, Tucker was a senior vice president responsible for managing business banking relationships at Wells Fargo in Mobile, AL. Before that she was a senior vice president and philanthropic consultant at Wells Fargo in Atlanta, responsible for helping non-profits and foundations with the endowment investment process.
Last month, BNY Mellon appointed Don Quattrucci to the newly-created role of executive director for business development at the firm’s wealth management arm.
