BNY Mellon's Fixed Income Boutique Appoints New Chief Economist

Standish Mellon Asset Management has appointed Vincent Reinhart as its new chief economist.
Standish Mellon Asset Management Company, the fixed income specialist for BNY Mellon Investment Management, has recruited Vincent Reinhart as chief economist.
Reinhart, who will report to David Leduc, chief executive and chief investment officer at Standish, succeeds Tom Higgins, who passed away late last year.
Reinhart was previously chief US economist and managing director at Morgan Stanley and is a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. He also spent 24 years at the Federal Reserve.
