BMO Private Bank Ramps Up Midwestern Team

BMO Private Bank has hired Terry Jack as vice president, senior portfolio manager, focused on the Green Bay, WI, area.

Jack’s hire is part of an effort by the private bank to ramp up its Midwestern presence, and is its sixth senior hire in the region in recent months. For example, last month Michael Arbet joined as vice president and director of investments, focused on the wealth management needs of clients throughout Southwest Wisconsin.

In related news, earlier in November the US private bank was rebranded by its parent firm, BMO Financial Group, which combined Harris Private Bank and part of M&I Wealth Management under the name BMO Private Bank. The business has around 1,250 financial professionals across 57 offices in 13 states.

That followed a move in August when BMO Financial Group merged its two advisor networks, Harris Bank and M&I Bank, to create BMO Harris Financial Advisors.
