BBH Capital Partners Adds Senior Advisor

BBHCP typically invests between $25 million and $75 million per platform investment.

BBH Capital Partners, a private equity fund sponsored by Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, has appointed Rolf Classon as a senior advisor.

Classon will be involved in sourcing, evaluating investments and providing post-investment oversight to portfolio companies focused on medical devices, pharmaceutical products and outsourced services supporting the device and pharmaceutical industries.

He has also been appointed as a member of Brown Brothers Harriman’s healthcare advisory board, which supports BBH Private Banking.

Most recently - from October 2002 until his retirement in July 2004 - Classon was chairman of the executive committee at Bayer HealthCare, a subsidiary of Bayer AG.
