Apex Fintech Solutions has appointed a prominent figure in the US wealth sector, Charles “Chip” Roame, to join its board of directors.

The founder of Tiburon Strategic Advisors, Roame will advise Apex based on his expertise in wealth and investment management.

In his business career, Roame has primarily served in advisory roles guiding more than 600 wealth and investment management firms, CEOs, senior executives, and boards of directors.
