US Bank Wealth Management has appointed Roger Redmond as a vice president and senior portfolio manager for its high net worth Private Client Reserve unit in Denver, CO.

Redmond previously worked at Marquette Asset Management in Minneapolis, MN, where he was a senior vice president of investments. Before that, he was a vice president and senior investment manager at Wells Fargo Private Bank, also in Minneapolis.

Overall, he has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with particular expertise in macroeconomics, global markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, US Bank said.

In related news, last week US Bank Wealth Management hired Allison Cox as managing director for trust at the PCR, while also bringing in Mercedes Givens as a wealth management consultant at the unit. Both are based in Kansas City, MO.
