The US organization has brought over two former teams at UBS recently; the latest joins Ameriprise Financial in Beaumont, Texas.

A group of financial advisors in Texas, overseeing more than $480 million in client assets, has joined the independent channel of Ameriprise Financial, having previously been at UBS Financial Services.

The advisors are Chuck Heare, Ross Heare, Tommy Goth and Jennifer Goth-Castillo.

The team – comprising father-son and father-daughter duos – was formerly known as Goth Heare Wealth Management Group. They are joining Q5 Wealth Management, an established Ameriprise practice led by managing partners Omar Bitar, Jeremy Saba, Mike Persia, Ed Persia, and Brad Klein. 

Q5 moved its practice from UBS to Ameriprise in 2024.

The two teams worked closely at UBS for many years before Q5 Wealth Management moved to Ameriprise last year, Ameriprise said. 

Tiffany Barber, client service assistant, also made the transition to Q5 with the Goth Heare Wealth Management Group.

Ameriprise said about 1,700 advisors have joined it in the last five years.
