Americana Partners Launches Multi-Family Office Business

The launch follows American's purchase in 2026 of a consulting and accounting firm.
Founded in 2019, Americana Partners, which managed more than $12.1 billion in client assets at January 31, is pushing into the ultra-high net worth space with a multi-family office.
The firm has launched a dedicated MFO offering that is led by Matt Celenza (main picture), managing director and partner. Celenza joined Americana Partners in 2025 to help build and expand its family office capabilities. His team is based in Southern California.
The launch builds on Americana Partners' acquisition this year of NRT Consulting, a financial consulting and accounting firm. Its capabilities were integrated into Americana's family office services offering.
"People often assume that once you've accumulated significant wealth, the hard part is over. In reality, that's when the real complexity begins," Celenza said.
“Many of our clients have spent decades building a business or creating extraordinary wealth, only to discover that their biggest challenge isn't generating returns – it's coordinating the many financial decisions involved in multi-generational planning. That's not something any one advisor can manage alone. That's what a family office group is meant to do."
Americana, which serves HNW and UHNW clients across the US, also has a division catering to UHNW Latin American clients.
