American Stock Transfer & Trust Company has launched a wealth management division called AST Personal Wealth Solutions, offering an integrated platform of services for corporate issuers and individual investors.

AST Personal Wealth Solutions, a registered investment advisor, provides equity plan solutions, dividend reinvestment management, broker/dealer services and financial planning.

It offers products and services from American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, AST Equity Plan Solutions and AST Investor Services, a registered broker/dealer.

American Stock Transfer & Trust Company and its affiliates within the Link Group network have a presence in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, India, South Africa and the UK.

AST and its partner, Canadian Stock Transfer Company, form the North American division of the Link Group.
