Aquitas Capital has added a new board member in the shape of Bob Zukis.

Bob Zukis, a global technology advisor, has joined the advisory board of Aequitas Capital to help define and execute the firm’s business strategies.

Zukis has held executive roles at several venture capital and private equity-backed SaaS companies, and is a speaker and advisor on IT governance and cyber-security. He spent nearly 30 years at PwC, including as lead partner of IT strategy and operations and managing partner of global human resource services for the Asia-Pacific region.

Founded in 1993, Aequitas Capital is a financial services company that creates alternative investments including private equity, private credit and specialty finance.
