The asset management firm has appointed two new global dividend portfolio managers.

Advisory Research has hired Michael Valentinas and Adam Steffanus as portfolio managers in charge of sustainable dividend strategies for both global and US mandates.

Valentinas and Steffanus were previously portfolio managers at Credit Suisse where they co-led the HOLT sustainable dividend and core strategies since 2005.

Based in Chicago, they will launch the firm’s new advisory research strategies using their process.

“Mike and Adam have an impressive investment history throughout the industry. Their combined approach complements our current investment team’s tactics, and they will add substantial value to the Advisory Research eam,” said Chris Crawshaw, president of Advisory Research.
